OSHKOSH, Wis. (Aug. 14) — Tom Naeyaert outran fellow Shawano, Wis., driver Troy Springborn at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway for an $800 touring victory with Fastrak Great Lakes. Dave Fieber of Neevah, Wis. was third.
