Oller grabs $2,500 at Tri-City's Bud Light 40
GRANITE CITY, Ill. (Oct. 2) — Mark Oller of Highland, Ill., pocketed $2,500 at Tri-City Speedway for his UMP DIRTcar-sanctioned Crate Late Model victory in the Bud Light 40.
Rodney Melvin of Benton, Ill., finished second followed by track champion Bobby Dauderman of Alhambra, Ill., Gordy Gundaker of St. Charles, Mo., and Ryan Unzicker of El Paso, Ill. Fast qualifier Randy Korte of Highland was an early dropout and finished 23rd.
Dauderman's third-place finish helped him inch closer in the overall UMP Crate point standings to division leader Tait Davenport of West Paducah, Ky., who finished ninth.
