Lloyd earns $3,000 for victory at Swainsboro
SWAINSBORO, Ga. (May 22) — Ivedent Lloyd Jr. of Ocala, Fla., led all the way at Swainsboro Raceway on Saturday for his second Sunoco United Late Model Challenge Series North division victory of the season.
Lloyd earned $3,000 for his victory over the 14-car field. Swainsboro's Chesley Dixon, the night's fast qualifier, was second followed by Tyler Ivey of Tallahasee, Fla., who won the previous night's UDLMCS North event at Oglethorpe Speedway Park near Savannah, Ga. Jordy Nipper of Gray, Ga., and Darrell Padgett of Clay Hill, Fla., rounded out the top five finishers. Polesitter Jeremy Faircloth of Swainsboro finished ninth.
