Keller sweeps two NLRA features at Dacotah
MANDAN, N.D. (Aug. 19) — Jeremy Keller of Bismarck, N.D., swept a pair of Northern LateModel Racing Association features Thursday at Dacotah Speedway, earning his fourth and fifth career NLRA victories.
In the regularly scheduled feature, Keller started outside the front row and dominated most of the way for a 30-lap victory. Joel Cryderman of Thunder Bay, Ontario, rallied from the tail after a lap-five spin to finish second while Kelly Hample of Billings, Mont., settled for third after running second most of the way. Pat Doar of New Richmond, Wis., rallied from 12th to fourth and Brad Seng of Grand Forks, N.D., rounded out the top five.
In a 20-lap makeup feature from an Aug. 1 rainout, Keller topped Doar and Mike Balcaen for the victory.
The double features wrapped up six nights of NLRA events in a row in North Dakota and Canada.
