Roberts grabs another ALMS victory at Moler
WILLIAMSBURG, Ohio (June 17) — Curtis Roberts of Coleman, Mich., earned his sixth career Sunoco American Late Model Series and second in a row at Moler Raceway Park on Friday, earning $2,000 for the victory.
Starting outside the front row, Roberts outran reigning track champion Barry Doss of Sardinia, Ohio, in the 16-car main event. | Slideshow
Jason Jameson of Lawrenceburg, Ind., finished third followed by J.R. Hotovy of Hartford, Mich., and Derek Fisher of Columbus, Ind. Polesitter and fast qualifier Chad Stapleton of Edinburgh, Ind., was 14th.
