Linville grabs $3,000 victory at Mountain Motor
ISOM, Ky. (July 2) — Polesitter Dustin Linville of Bryantsville, Ky., earned $3,000 on Saturday night at Mountain Motor Speedway for a victory in the second annual Roger Breeding Memorial. Linville's victory was co-sanctioned by the first-year STARS Midwest Dirt Racing League and the Southern Regional Racing Series. | Slideshow
Linville took the lead on the 23rd lap and led the remainder of the 40-lapper. Alabama drivers finished second and third as fast qualifier Anthony Burroughs of Muscle Shoals and Josh Putnam of Killen chased Linville to the checkered flag. Chris Combs and Jarrod Breeding rounded out the top five finishers.
