Provinzino grabs $2,000 at Grand Rapids
GRAND RAPIDS, Minn. (July 21) — Starting outside the front row, Jeff Provinzino of Hibbing, Minn., led all 40 laps Thursday at Grand Rapids Speedway for his third career victory on the Dart Challenge Series for WISSOTA Late Models.

Polesitter Steve Laursen of Cumberland, Wis., finished second followed by A.J. Diemel of Navarino, Wis., Doug Herrick of West Concord, Minn., and Justin Fegers of Mound, Minn. Series points leader Jake Redetzke of Eau Claire, Wis., was sixth and third-starting Joel Cryderman of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who ran among the leaders early in the race, was seventh.
Two cautions slowed the race, both on the second lap for separate spins by Cory Jorgenson and Kyle Peterlin.

Redetzke earned the Lou Fegers Racing Equipment Hard Charger honors for his 14th-to-sixth run. ... The three-race stretch leads drivers to the $10,000-to-win Governor's Cup on Friday and Saturday at Hibbing (Minn.) Raceway, and event that's not part of the tour. ... Two more series races remain on Aug. 17 at Brown County Speedway in Aberdeen, S.D., and Sept. 3 at Hibbing.
