Berck gets 30th SLMRS victory at I-80
GREENWOOD, Neb. (June 8) — Kyle Berck of Marquette, Neb., came from his eighth starting spot Friday at I-80 Speedway for his series-leading 30th career victory on the Nebraska-based Super Late Model Racing Series.
Berck’s first series victory since the 2011 season-ender at I-80 Speedway paid $1,000 as he beat polesitter Mike Wiarda of Aurora, Neb., to the checkers.
Jason O’Brien of Atlantic, Iowa, was third with Corey Zeitner of Bellevue, Neb., and Mike Collins of Council Bluffs, Iowa, rounding out the top five.
