Zack Dohm claims $10,000 victory at Beckley
BECKLEY, W.Va. (June 16) — Zack Dohm of Cross Lanes, W.Va., won Saturday’s Little Generals Black Gold 50 at Beckley Motorsports Park, scoring an unsanctioned victory at the 3/8-mile oval that earned him a career-high $10,000 payday. | Slideshow
Dohm started from the outside of the front row in the 50-lap feature and led polesitter Harold Redman Jr. of Charleston, W.Va. at the finish. Dale McDowell of Chickamauga, Ga., finished third while hometown driver Rick Williams advanced from eighth to fourth. Eddie Carrier Jr. of Salt Rock, W.Va., rounded out the top five after starting 10th.
