Justin Zeitner gets SLMRS victory at Wagner
WAGNER, S.D. (July 4) — Outside front-row starter Justin Zeitner of La Vista, Neb., led all 25 laps Wednesday at Wagner Speedway for a Fourth of July victory on the Nebraska-based Super Late Model Racing Series.
Zeitner took the checkers ahead of fellow Nebraska drivers Bill Leighton of Omaha and Travis Dickes of Madison, the reigning series champion. Norfolk, Neb., drivers Ben Sukup and Tad Pospisil rounded out the top five finishers.
Zeitner earned $1,000 for his second career SLMRS victory and first since July 19, 2009, at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb.
