Whitener gets another victory at North Florida
LAKE CITY, Fla. (Sept. 1) — Former series champion Mark Whitener of Middleburg, Fla., scored his third United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series victory of the season Saturday night, earning $3,000 in the tour’s final event of the season at North Florida Speedway. | Slideshow
Jason Fitzgerald of Jacksonville, Fla., posted the runner-up finish with Kyle Van Sickle of Jacksonville, Fla., third. Christian Augspurger of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Fla., and Brandon Dewitt of Morven, Ga., rounded out the race’s top five finishers.
