Breazeale scores MSCCS victory at Magnolia
COLUMBUS, Miss. (March 17) — Outside front-row starter David Breazeale of Four Corners, Miss., raced to victory Sunday at Magnolia Motor Speedway, his first on the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series in nearly two years. | Slideshow
Breazeale earned $2,000 in holding off the fellow No. 54 of 10th-starting Dane Dacus of Lakeland, Tenn., at the 3/8-mile oval while reigning MSCCS champion Scott Dedwylder of Vossburg, Miss., rallied from the seventh row to finish third.
Chris Wall of Springfield, La., and polesitter Neil Baggett of Shannon, Miss., rounded out the top five finishers in the the second race of the season-opening weekend doubleheader. Bub McCool of Vicksburg, Miss., won the previous night at Whynot Motorsports Park.
