Walters takes second straight Northwest trophy

(May 4) — Hometown driver Greg Walters won his second straight on the Northwest Extreme Crate Late Model Series with a flag-to-flag, 40-lap victory at Sunset Speedway Park. Walters, who won a week earlier at Sunset, took the checkers nearly two seconds ahead of Jerry Schram of Vancouver, Wash., while Collen Winebarger of Corbett, Ore., was third. Brad Martin ran second early before slipping back to fifth.
