Johnson gets 4th NLRA win at 4444 race

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (Sept. 1) — Zach Johnson of Kensington, Minn., collected his fourth victory of the season on the Northern LateModel Racing Association, earning a $4,444 payday in Viking Speedway’s inaugural 4444 race. | Slideshow
Johnson, who also won in NLRA action at Viking over Memorial Day weekend, topped series points leader Dustin Strand of Grand Forks, N.D., and Eric Breeschoten of Buffalo, Minn., in the Labor Day weekend special event. Jeff Wildung of Nassau, Minn., was fourth with Brad Seng of Grand Forks, N.D., rounding out the top five.
Notes: Johnson’s No. 73 Pierce Race Car is sponsored by Glenwood State Bank, Midwest Grain Services and Elite Shock Services. ... The 4444 race is the richest event on the NLRA's 2013 slate. ...
