Notes: The race is the the most prestigious in Dirt Late Model racing. ... It follows Eldora’s conversion of the Dream format to a three-day event with feature racing each night. Traditionally the World 100 had technical inspection day Thursday, time trials Friday with heat, consolation and feature racing Saturday. ... Twin 25-lap features are set for Thursday and Friday nights with complete racing programs. ... A driver’s best time-trial lap from the two apiece Thursday and Friday sets Saturday’s heat race lineups. ... Saturday’s program is virtually identical to last season's, including two B-main “scrambles” among drivers who fail to transfer from those consolation races. ... The 32 starters for the 100-lapper will be a race record; 20 cars originally started the race and the lineup had grown to 30 last season. ... The two additional starters (starting in the 16th row) come from drivers with the highest average finish in Thursday and Friday features who didn’t otherwise qualify for Saturday’s main event. ... The two fastest qualifiers not transferring through heat races will make up the 10th row of the feature lineup. ... Multiple-car time trials are planned. ... The weekend’s announcers: Dustin Jarrett, James Essex, Shane Andrews and Ben Shelton. ... UMP DIRTcar points are awarded to all drivers throughout the weekend.
