Notes: The race is the richest in Dirt Late Model racing. ... The event has traditionally had a technical inspection day Thursday, time trials Friday with heat, consolation and feature racing Saturday. ... It’s been expanded this season to three days of racing, including double-feature nights Thursday and Friday with complete racing programs. ... Drivers use the best of their four time trial laps (two apiece from Thursday and Friday) to set Saturday’s heat race lineups. ... Saturday’s program is virtually identical to last year’s, including the C-main and B-main “scrambles” among drivers who fail to transfer from those consolation races. ... The 28 starters for the 100-lapper will be a race record; 24 cars started all the races until the last three years, when 26 started. ... This year’s additional starters come from provisionals according to time trials. ... The two fastest qualifiers not transferring through heat races will make up the 10th row of the feature lineup. ... Following the C-main and B-main, the two fastest qualifiers not transferring will make up the 14th row. ... Multiple-car time trials are planned for the first time. ... The potential of 31 races over three days could mean a combined lap total of 567 of green-flag action. ... UMP DIRTcar points are awarded to all drivers throughout the weekend.
