Don Shaw grabbed the NLRA victory at River Cities.
What won the race: Polesitter Don Shaw of Ham Lake, Minn., picked up his first NLRA victory of the season by taking Saturday's 25-lap feature at River Cities Speedway. He led every lap in taking the checkers for $1,100 over reigning series champion Dustin Strand.
Key notes: Shaw survived a caution with four laps to go before racing to the checkers. ... The event closed a four-race stretch of NLRA competition, with Brad Seng and Jeff Wildung taking victories at Norman County on Wednesday and Thursday, and Cole Schill picking up the win at Red River Valley on Friday. ... The victory was the fourth of Shaw's career with the NLRA. ... The series has had six different winners through its first seven events in 2016.
