Mike Bellefeuille picked up his richest career victory.
What won the race: Mike Bellefeuille of Duluth, Minn., rocketed from the outside front row and led all 30 laps at Halvor Lines Speedway to win Sunday's $5,000 WISSOTA Late Model feature. Securing the richest payday of his career, Bellefeuille notched his first Late Model victory of the season and his first at Halvor Lines since June 19, 2022.
Quotable: “I’ll definitely take it, we’ve had a hell of a year,” Bellefeuille said. “(I) just can’t get this thing going and tonight, I think we finally found something, so it worked. Starting spot was key here, but that was kinda fun.”
Key notes: Reigning track champion Danny Vang trailed Bellefeuille for the entire distance, finishing 1.461 seconds back. ...
