What won the race: Second-starting Oakley Johns of Hohenwald, Tenn., used a daring third-to-first move on the sixth lap and never looked back en route to winning Saturday's 40-lap season finale at Tennessee National Raceway. Johns led the final 35 laps and secured the $6,000 payday in beating Ohio invader Rusty Schlenk to the checkers by 1.615 seconds.

Key notes: Johns notched his second overall victory of the season and his first since topping an unsanctioned Limited race Aug. 10 at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Summertown, Tenn. ...
