What won the race: Overtaking Kent Robinson of Bloomington, Ind., late in the race Duane Chamberlain of Richmond, Ind., went on to collect the $2,000 Sunoco American Late Model Series victory at Eldora Speedway. Robinson was second ahead of Jeep Van Wormer of Pinconning, Mich., Tuesday's Sunoco American Late Model Series winner at Eldora.
Key notes: Former World 100 and Dream winner Dale McDowell of Chickamauga, Ga., was leading until he brought out a yellow on the fifth lap. ... Wednesday's race was on the undercard of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event. Christopher Bell edged fellow dirt racer Bobby Pierce, a former Eldora winner, in a dramatic 154-lapper.
