What won the race: Second-starting Victor Lee of Danville, Ky., shot out to the early lead and never looked back, leading every lap en route to a $3,500 victory in Richmond's Rain Dodger 40. Fellow front-row starter Tommy Bailey of Corbin, Ky., was a distant second.
Quotable: "The preferred line was right around the bottom," said Lee. "We just held the bottom and the car was actually really, really good. I felt like anybody could have drove that thing."
