What won the race: Hometown driver Montana Dudley grabbed the lead on lap 49 of 50 from second-starting Tyler Thomason also from Phenix, Ala., and led the final two circuits for a $3,000 Chevrolet Perfomance Super Late Model Series victory at East Alabama Motor Speedway.
Key notes: Montana Dudley captured his first career Chevy Super Late Model Series victory. ... The series has yet to have a repeat winner through five 2016 events. ...
