John Ownbey heads to victory at I-75 Raceway.
What won the race: Polesitter John Ownbey of Cleveland, Tenn., topped fourth-starting Chip Brindle of Chatsworth, Ga., for his first United Crate Racing Alliance victory of the season at I-75 Raceway. He earned a $2,500 payday.
Key notes: Ownbey has multiple special event victories on his 2016 campaign, including his first career Ultimate series triumph back in March. ... The UCRA tour made its lone stop at I-75 on the 2016 season. ... Saturday's event kicked off a Tennessee weekend doubleheader.
