Chad Finley celebrates his victory in the Wood Tic at Merritt Speedway.
What won the race: Polesitter Chad Finley of Lansing, Mich., raced to his biggest career Dirt Late Model victory, topping Chris Brindley of West Branch, Mich., and Rich Neiser of Fruitport, Mich., for a $5,000 payday in Merritt Speedway's 28th annual Wood Tic.

All divisions ran extended features. ... Prior to the Wood Tic, Ryan Unzicker of El Paso, Ill., won a UMP DIRTcar Summernationals event at Merritt on Thursday evening.
On the move: Brindley came from sixth to record a runner-up finish.
Winner's sponsors: Finley's Rocket Chassis No. 29 is sponsored by Affordable Tire and Northside Service.
