What won the race: Hometown driver Dustin Strand of overtook race leader Joey Pederson on a lap-seven restart, then held off hard-charging World of Outlaws sprint car regular Donny Schatz to pick up the NLRA victory at River Cities Speedway by 0.297 seconds.
Key notes: The victory was Strand's fourth straight NLRA victory and his sixth overall NLRA victory this season. ... It was also Strand's 11th career NLRA victory. ...
