Gregg Satterlee picked up a $6,000 paycheck at Dog Hollow.
What won the race: Gregg Satterlee of Indiana, Pa., shined once again in his backyard, capping the Thunderdog Showdown weekend with a $6,000 victory in Saturday night's 61-lap UFO Championship Series feature at Dog Hollow Speedway. It was the 32-year-old driver's second UFO win at the track this month.
Key notes: Satterlee beat polesitter Dan Angelicchio to the finish line. ... It was Satterlee's fourth UFO win of 2016 and third in the last five events. He also captured features over Labor Day weekend at Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway and Dog Hollow. ... Satterlee's seventh career UFO triumph tied him with Jared Miley atop the series's all-time win list. ... Dylan Yoder clinched the 2016 UFO title despite being involved in a hard multi-car homestretch wreck in the feature. His car ended up on top of Coleby Frye's; also involved with Yoder's father Jim, Kyle Hardy and Andrew Wylie. No injuries were reported. ... The weekend purse was the richest in track history.
