What won the race: Chip Brindle of Chatsworth, Ga., turned back Kasey Hall of Geraldine, Ala., to win his third UCRA main event of the season, while halting Hall's two-race series win streak at Fort Payne. Brindle won by 3.183 seconds ahead of Hall to collect $2,500. Rusty Ballenger was third.
