Rick Singleton picked up $2,500 at Winchester Speedway.
What won the race: Eighth-starting Rick Singleton of Front Royal, Va., took the lead from Tyler Bare on the 12th lap and completed the weekend sweep of the two-race Mid-Atlantic States Classic, pocketing $2,500 for his third straight RUSH Dirt Late Model Series triumph.
Key notes: Singleton also won Friday at Potomac Speedway in Budd's Creek, Md., and June 7 at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pa. ... His weekend earnings were $5,250 plus contingencies. ... Winchester hosted the tour for its fourth of 18 events. ... Hometown driver J.T. Spence fought off Greg Roberson of Waynesboro, Va., to win the Super Late Model feature.
On the move: "It's all about this race car," Singleton said. "The racetrack was really fast. Guys were high-siding it. That had me a little nervous, and sometimes starting back there you can't control your own destiny. It was a good clean race and a lot of fun. When you start back there and win it's exciting."
Winner's sponsors: Singleton's MasterSbilt by Huey is sponsored by Clint Enyeart Racing, Hoosier Racing Tire, Singleton Rental and TC Race Cars.
Points chase: Ryan Montgomery of Fairmont, W.Va., unofficially overtook Jason Rider of Clinton, Pa., atop the standings with his third-place finish; Rider settled for 12th in the final rundown.
