Dillan Stake takes the checkers for his third Mason-Dixon victory.
What won the race: Third-starting Dillan Stake of Three Springs, Pa., notched his third Mason-Dixon Shootout Series victory of the season, winning the Austin Gelwicks Memorial Friday at Path Valley Speedway. Stake earned $1,000 in finishing 5.5 seconds ahead of runner-up Derick Quade
Key notes: Nine drivers completed 25 laps. ... The race was held in memory of Austin Gelwicks of Spring Run, who passed away on Dec. 21, 2016, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was 17. … Wesley Bonebrake scratched from the main event.
