What won the race: Winning his first Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series race in more than two years, Rick Rickman of Columbus, Miss., picked up $2,500 Friday at Greenville Speedway. Rickman outran Mike Palasini Jr. of Leland, Miss., and Brian Rickman, the winner's brother, also of Columbus.
Key notes: It was the third tour victory of Rickman’s career. … Rickman’s last MSCCS triumph came March 29, 2014 at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, Miss. ...
