What won the race: Brandon Hunter of Alma, Ark., won Saturday's Southern Outlaw opener at Crawford County Speedway for his first victory on the Arkansas tour. He took the lead on the ninth lap and raced to a $750 payday.
Key notes: Hank Long led the first eight laps of the main event. ... The tour opener was postponed a week by inclement weather. ... Daniel Jessen, Matt Cardenas and Doug Bramlett scratched from the feature.
