Michael Page waves to the Dixie crowd after his $4,000 victory.
What won the race: Polesitter Michael Page of Douglasville, Ga., led all 40 laps Saturday at Dixie Speedway for a $4,000 victory on the Ultimate Southeast Series, his second tour victory in Georgia this season.
Quotable: "When you know you've got a good car, I mean, you just don't do nothing stupid and don't go somewhere you don't need to go," Page said.
Key notes: Page beat runner-up Donald McIntosh by 0.420 seconds. ... McIntosh, who has been piloting the Florida-based Big Frog Motorsports Rocket, piloted his own 007 Chassis. ... Sixteen cars finished on the lead lap. ... Page's victory came a weekend after he picked up $5,000 at Moulton (Ala.) Speedway's Bama 50 and $3,000 in Dixie's Spring Championships.
Winner's sponsors: Page’s Stinger Race Car is powered by an Andy Durham Racing Engine and sponsored by Baird Transport, Elite Concrete, Baird Towing and T&T Trucking.
Points chase: After three series events, Tyler Millwood has 82 points to lead Kyle Hardy (75), Michael Page (70), Zack Mitchell (64) and Joey Coulter (59).
