What won the race: Brian Shirley of Chatham, Ill., earned a $3,000 victory Friday at Belle-Clair Speedway in the 30-lap MARS debut at the fifth-mile fairgrounds oval. He beat Rusty Griffaw to the finish line by more than two seconds while polesitter Tanner English settled for third.
