Drew Collins gets rolling before his victory at Tri-County.
What won the race: Drew Collins of Auburn, Ga., outdueled Wesley English at Tri-County Racetrack to win the track's Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series event for the second year in a row. Collins led the final five laps to earn $1,500.
Key notes: Eight of the 10 starters completed all 30 laps. ... Tri-County hosted the Randy McCoy-promoted series for the 12th time. ... Along with the Southeastern tour, Super Late Models and Crate Late Models were in competition along with several other support divisions. Jamey Oliver won the Super Late Model feature, while Seth Wimpey won the Crate Late Model feature.
