What won the race: Earning $3,000 on Saturday, A.J. Diemel of Elk Mound, Wis., completed a sweep of the Legendary 100 weekend at Cedar Lake Speedway for the second straight season. Diemel, who earned $2,000 in Friday's prelim, won an early back-and-forth battle with hometown driver Pat Doar and captured the weekend finale.
Key notes: Diemel cruised in the second half of the race. ... He took the checkers 2.290 seconds ahead of Pat Doar. ... Travis Budisalovich briefly grabbed second on a restart, but the high-running Doar regained the spot a few laps later.
