What won the race: Second-starting Delbert Smith of Wichita, Kan., outran ninth-starting Chris Kratzer to win Saturday’s National Championship Racing Association feature at 81 Speedway. Smith earned $1,000 for his third tour victory of the season and claimed a share of the series championship.
