What won the race: Slipping by polesitter Jordan Anderson on the last lap, Jesse Lowe of Crossville, Tenn., earned a $2,000 American Crate All-Star Series victory Friday at Tri-County Racetrack. Lowe, who started eighth, dove the inside as they leaders worked through traffic and narrowly nipped Anderson at the line.
Key notes: Tri-County hosted the lone American Crate All-Star Series race of the weekend following cancellations at North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth on Thursday and Blue Ridge (Ga.) Motorsports Park on Saturday.
On the move: Winner Jesse Lowe of Crossville, Tenn., started eighth.
