David McDonald picked up $2,000 for his victory at Estevan.
What won the race: David McDonald of Huron, S.D., won from the pole Monday at Estevan Motor Speedway, earning $2,000 for the first-ever Blaine Brothers Challenge Series event north of the border. McDonald took the checkers ahead of fellow front-row starter John Kaanta of Elk Mound, Wis.
Key notes: McDonald's only other series victory came July 27, 2012, at Brown County Speedway in Aberdeen, S.D. ... Sixth-place finisher Aaron Turnbull swept Late Model and modified features July 19 at Estevan. ... McComb Automotive sponsored the night's racing. ...
