Brad Seng in victory lane at River Cities Speedway.
What won the race: Pole-starting hometown driver Brad Seng led all 25 laps Friday at River Cities Speedway for his first Northern LateModel Racing Association victory in 11 months. He took the checkers 0.315 seconds ahead of Shane Edginton for his series-leading 37th career victory.
Key notes: Seng, who started outside the front row, notched his first NLRA victory since Aug. 18, 2018, at Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, N.D. ... Seng won his second straight feature at River Cities; he won the previous Friday on a pass in the race's closing moments over Ryan Kereluk, winning by seven-hundredths of a second. ... Friday's NLRA polesitter Cole Schill finished fourth. ... A dozen drivers complete 25 laps. ... River Cities hosted the tour for the third time this season and 40th time in series history. ...
