Ross White heads for his second straight All-Stars victory.
What won the race: Backing up his Aug. 10 series victory at Volunteer Speedway, Ross White of Knoxville, Tenn., found victory lane again on the American Crate All-Stars tour, winning Saturday's Crystal Cup at Wythe Raceway. White topped hometown driver Brandon Umberger for a $5,000 victory.
Key notes: Wythe Raceway hosted its 16th annual Pro Late Model Nationals with the inaugural Crystal Cup. … The first-year tour made its second visit to the Virginia oval. … Fourth-place finisher Brandon Williams of Crossville, Tenn., won the tour’s $10,019 Mayhem in Mountain at Wythe on Aug. 4. ...
