What won the race: Topping a pair of title contenders, Tad Pospisil of Norfolk, Neb., overtook polesitter Nate Beyenhof on the third lap Friday at Rapid Speedway, then pulled away from a rallying Gary Brown Jr. for his his third Tri-State Late Model Series victory of the season. Pospisil won by 2.970 seconds while Brown’s runner-up finish secured the series title.
