Donny Schatz visits victory lane again on Aug. 16.
What won the race: Third-starting Donny Schatz of Fargo, N.D., took the lead from polesitter Mike Balcaen on the 15th lap and led the rest of Saturday's 25-lap NLRA feature at River Cities Speedway. The sprint car star won his second career NLRA feature in non-stop fashion. NLRA points leader Brad Seng was second, ending a four-race win streak, while Balcaen slipped to fourth.
Key notes: Schatz's previous series victory came exactly one year eaerlier at River Cities. ... Series points leader and hometown driver Brad Seng won Friday's race to tie the late John Seitz atop the tour's all-time victories list at 26. ... Seng remains one victory shy of matching Seitz's 2004 season that included a series-high seven victories.
On the move: Steffen Snare started eighth and finished fifth; Joey Pederson started 10th and finished sixth.
