Last year's event was sanctioned by the now-defunct National Dirt Racing League; Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, Tenn., was the winner. ... PPMS officials hope the event is again a national touring race in 2015. ... Colton Flinner won the Sweeney Chevrolet RUSH touring event for Crate Late Models when Chad Ruhlman's engine gave up on the last lap.
On the move: Lynn Geisler started 13th and finished third; Dylan Yoder started 14th and finished fourth.
Winner's sponsors: Satterlee's Rocket Chassis is powered by a Durham Racing Engine and carries sponsorship from ASi Racewear, Daugherty Motorsports, East American Motorsport, JNJ Motorsports Media, Robby Allen Enterprises, Satterlee Petroleum Distributors, Valvoline and ZeroWraps.com.
