What won the race: Third-starting Justin Williams of Shipman, Va., collected his first career Steel Block Bandits victory in the Raygan Batton Cancer Awareness Event, earning $1,500 for his efforts. Robbie Emory finished second while Andy Fries, who led the first half of the race, settled for third.
