What won the race: Second-starting Hunter Lewis of Moss Point, Miss., led the first two laps before trading the lead with Rick Rickman of Columbus, Miss., and taking the point for good on lap eight, pacing the final 11 circuits and winning $3,000 at Whynot Motorsports Park on Saturday. Lewis captured his first MSCCS event in a race shortened to 18 from 40 laps by rain.
Key notes: Originally scheduled for 40 laps, Saturday's feature was shortened to 18 after inclement weather moved into the area and washed-out the remainder of the race. ...
