A final yellow flew on lap 38 for Kyle Pierce. ... The race served as the seventh and final round of the Countdown to the Cup Championship on the Carolina Clash.
Winner's sponsors: Roberts' Jimmy and Ann Cushman-owned Longhorn Chassis is powered by a Custom Race Engine and carries sponsorship from Cushman Paint & Body, Hoosier Racing Tire, M&S Concrete, Schaeffer Oil, Starrette Trucking and VP Racing Fuels.
Points chase: With his fifth-place finish, Kennie Compton of Bland, Va., clinched the 2014 Carolina Clash title over Dennis Franklin. Compton entered Saturday's event with a 10-point lead in the series standings and held on to claim the crown without the benefit of a feature win during the season.
