Key notes: Steve Banal of Rock Hill, S.C., moved into the runner-up position on the lap-35 restart and finished 1.360 seconds back. ... Christian Thomas of Wake Forest, N.C., ran inside the top-three all race and rounded-out the podium. ... Carolina Clash Series points leader Dennis Franklin of Gaffney, S.C., advanced four positions and finished fifth, extending his points lead. ... Jay Sessoms of Stanley, N.C., gained seven spots and finished seventh. ... Saturday's feature, the Carolina Clash Series' first visit this season and 18th time in history, was slowed by six cautions and lasted 45 minutes, with 11 competitors completing all 40 laps.
