What won the race: Outside front row starter Shane Clanton of Zebulon, Ga., captured Cochran Motor Speedway's third annual Gobbler 100 for Limited Late Models. Clanton earned $10,000 for the 50-lap victory.
Key notes: Clanton has four victories on the 2014 season. His most recent came in Sept. 27's Southern All Star Series-sanctioned Alabama State Championships at East Alabama Motor Speedway. ... Hometown driver Wil Herrington was running second when he tried to overtake Clanton in lapped traffic, slipped up and fell back to fourth, where he finished. ...
