What won the race: Mike Greseth of Harwood, N.D., overtook race-long leader Dustin Strand on lap 17 and never looked back, winning Friday's $1,250 Northern LateModel Racing Association stop at River Cities Speedway. Two-time reigning series champion, Greseth tallied his second tour victory of the season and the 13th of his career.
Key notes: After leading the first 16 laps, apparent second place finisher, Strand, of Grand Forks, N.D., was disqualified in postrace technical inspection. ... Finishing nearly five seconds behind Greseth, fifth-starting Tyler Peterson inherited the runner-up spot. ... Pole-starting Brad Seng faded to finish fourth. ... Greg Moore advanced six positions and finished seventh. ... Jason Strand gained eight spots and finished eighth. ... Friday's 10-minute feature was slowed by one caution and saw 14 drivers complete 25 laps with all 24 running at the finish.
