Quotable: “We kind of got to struggling there at the end. I felt like we were good at the beginning. Lapped cars were difficult to deal with. Friday's win marks Casebolt's sixth career Sunoco American Late Model Series victory. His last came at Eldora Speedway back in July. ... Runner-up finisher Doug Drown was last year's ALMS winner at Attica. ... The ALMS will travel to Eldora on Saturday for night two of a weekend doubleheader.
On the move: Matt Irey, the previous week's regular season winner, started sixth and finished third.
Winner's sponsors: Casebolt's Club 29 Race Car is powered by a Cornett Racing Engine and carries sponsorship from Lias Tire, Preferred Sandblasting & Paints, Riesbeck's Food Markets and Sudz Car Wash.
